I believe reflecting/thinking on life is a way to grow and make good decisions. But often people feel like they’ve wasted their lives thinking.
I’ve been keeping a journal of sorts. Looking over the pages I count how many questions have crossed my mind. Questions that for no matter how long I thought about..I would never come up with an answer. Wondering is a waste of time.
